Session 2
This is your chance to see how far you’ve come in the eight weeks you have been following this training plan. This is your final 30 minute re-test. As it was at the start, it’s free rate, but with the training you have had it might well be a different rate to the first 30 minute row you did. Make it comfortable and push the finish if you have anything left. Don’t forget to check your distance at the end to see your improvement!
