Richard Fryer is a registered psychologist and rowing coach living and working in Brisbane, Australia. Originally from the UK, he now helps Australian athletes to prepare for peak sporting events. Richard is the national psychology lead for archery and women’s water polo and also works with the Australian Institute of Sport, Queensland Academy of Sport and the Sunshine Coast Lightning netball team – the most successful start-up professional franchise in Australian sporting history.
