Nick joined the GB Rowing Team as a coach in 2013 and was promoted to Paralympic Head Coach in 2022.
At the 2016 Rio Paralympics, Nick was part of the coaching team for most successful GB Para-Rowing team ever, with crews bringing back three golds and a bronze from the four events.
