Helen is a Junior Doctor training in Anaesthetics and Intensive Care Medicine in the Thames Valley. Prior to studying medicine, Helen worked for British Rowing, as a Talent ID Coach for the Para-rowing programme. Helen remains involved with Para-sport, working as the Categorisation Manager for the Invictus Games Foundation, and as a classifier for several Para-sports. Despite no longer rowing herself, she remains a keen sportswoman, and has recently run the 630 miles of the South West Coastal Path!
