Annie Vernon is a two-time world champion and Olympic silver medallist (Beijing 2008). She was an international rower for eight years, competing in six World Championships and two Olympic Games (2008, 2012). During that time, she competed internationally in every single boat class. Her first book Mind Games: Determination, doubt and lucky socks - an insider's guide to the psychology of elite athletes was published by Bloomsbury in 2019.
