Ellen Buttrick learned to row at Leeds Rowing Club before joining the GB Rowing Team in 2018. Since joining the team, Ellen has been an integral member of the Para mixed coxed four defending their world champion title twice whilst also dedicating time to widening participation in sport, empowering refugees and asylum seekers in the UK and supporting her community during the coronavirus pandemic.
