Dan has been a GB Rowing Team Olympic High Performance Coach working with the men's squad since 2018. He started coaching aged 16, coached his first Henley crew at 17, and went on to study Sports Science at Loughborough University. He has also coached at Gippsland Grammar School in Australia and as a Start coach in Reading.
