Connie Pidoux talks to Rosie Oates from Junior Rowing News about her tips for getting the best out of the Tideway. Connie has coxed on the Tideway with Imperial, Molesey and Thames, coming third at the Head of the River in 2016. At Henley Royal, she coxed Thames RC to victory in the Thames Challenge Cup in 2015 and then repeated the feat in 2018.
